If you have been convicted of a felony that IS on the below list, your right to vote has been revoked. The list of felonies that revokes your right to vote until you apply for restoration is below. If your right to vote has been revoked, please check the Restore My Right tab for potential options:

Forgery (Ala. Code 13A-9-2 and Ala. Code 13A-9-3)
Any crime as defined in the laws of the United States, or by the laws of another state, territory, country, or other jurisdiction, which if committed in Alabama, would constitute one of the offenses listed in this subsection
